L\u2019aparici\u00f3 d\u2019aquest antic\u00f2s \u00e9s el que es busca despr\u00e9s de la vacunaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El <strong>HBsAg<\/strong> serveix com un marcador de vir\u00e8mia del VHB i com un indicador d\u2019infecci\u00f3 aguda o cr\u00f2nica. En cas d\u2019infecci\u00f3 oculta pel VHB, el pacients t\u00e9 <strong>ADN del VHB<\/strong> sense antigen de superf\u00edcie, per\u00f2 aix\u00f2 t\u00e9 lloc molt rarament.<\/p>\n<p>La pres\u00e8ncia del <strong>HBeAg<\/strong> (antigen e) indica una alta infectivitat. En la pr\u00e0ctica, la majoria de les persones tenen el HBeAg negatiu perqu\u00e8 seroconverteixen amb el temps, o sigui desenvolupen anticossos, <strong>anti-HBe<\/strong>. Quan es detecta <strong>anti-HBc IgM+<\/strong>, indica una infecci\u00f3 aguda pel VHB, o b\u00e9 una reactivaci\u00f3, un brot de VHB, pr\u00e8viament inactiu.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019antic\u00f2s de superf\u00edcie (<strong>anti-HBs<\/strong>) reflecteix immunitat, ja sigui per vacunaci\u00f3 o per haver estat en contacte amb el VHB, i si presenta <strong>anti-HBc IgG +<\/strong> indica exposici\u00f3 al VHB.
